Jeffrey P. Gerald, President and
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gerald is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Comprehensive Intelligence Technology Training Corporation. Jeff was formerly the manager of the Department of Defense's premiere initiative in Homeland Security command, control and coordination. He was selected from industry to create, formulate and lead this crucial Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration program in November 2001 to improve the DoD response to consequence management, crisis response, prevention and deterrence of terrorist events. Jeff led several successful commercial ventures developing new technology and innovative telecommunications systems and is a leader in transforming technologies from concept to reality for both the marketplace and for military applications through government procurement.

Jeong H. Kim, Director
Dr. Kim is president of Lucent Technologies' Bell Labs, overseeing the communication industry's most heralded R&D organization. His team, spanning four continents, is responsible for designing the products and services that are at the forefront of communications technology as well as conducting fundamental research in a wide variety of fields such as optical networking/photonics, nanotechnology, wireless/mobility, physical sciences, computing and information sciences and network software. Dr. Kim originally joined Lucent Technologies in May 1998 when Lucent acquired Yurie Systems, Inc., a high-tech communications equipment company, which he founded in 1992 and served as its Chairman and CEO.

John J. McDonnell, Director
Mr. McDonnell is currently General Counsel and Acting Chief Financial Officer of CINTT Corp. Mr. McDonnell is a partner and co-founder of Bethesda Bioscience Partners LLC, which provides a wide range of advisory and business consulting services to early stage entrepreneurial companies as well as investment firms and specialized service providers. He also currently serves as General Counsel to CIBERNET Corporation, a provider of roaming financial services for wireless carriers around the world.

 
 

J. D. Murphy, Jr., Director
Mr. Murphy, founder and president of Computech, Inc. guided Computech from a start-up to a mature, international firm with clients as diverse as the U. S. Department of Homeland Security and the Kingdom of Thailand's Post and Telegraph Department.  Mr. Murphy is currently a Director of ATM National, HarVest Bank of Maryland, Montgomery College's Information Technology Institute, Maryland Health Care Product Development Corporation and Washington Hospital's Heart Leadership Board.

James G. Roche, Director
Mr. Roche served as the 20th Secretary of the United States Air Force from 2001 to 2005. His responsibilities as the civilian leader of the Air Force included organizing, training and equipping the Air Force to fight the nation's wars as part of a Joint and/or Coalition Team. He was responsible for over 700,000 Active, Reserve, Guard and civilian airmen and a budget in excess of $90 billion. Prior to his Air Force service he was the Corporate Vice President and President of the Electronic Sensors and Systems Sector (ESSS) at Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Wyatt Starnes, Director
Mr. Starnes, founder, chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SignaCert, spent nearly 30 years in high technology with eight different startups. He was the Co-Founder of Regional Alliances for Infrastructure and Network Security (RAINS) a non-profit, private/public partnership formed to accelerate development and deployment and adoption of innovative technology for homeland security. Prior to SignaCert, he was the Founder, President and CEO of Tripwire, Inc, the world's leading provider of change auditing software.
