The CINTT Solution

CINTT has designed multiple courses that have been taught within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community on many topics relating to National Security Strategy and Intelligence Analytics. CINTT has established a cadre of training personnel with the security clearances necessary to be on location with the customer.  CINTT’s first step before delivering the instruction is to evaluate the training needs of the customer by reviewing the current training programs in place and conducting a skills assessment survey. CINTT will then tailor current courses or develop new courses to the needs of the customer. CINTT has also created a library of the best practices of the intelligence community, academia, and industry blending the arts and sciences to build the analyst of the future.  CINTT’s curriculum and training modules will be a catalyst for change in the analytic culture and promotes analytic excellence and team building.

CINTT’s instructors and curriculum developers utilize the best education and training techniques learned from years of experience in the classroom and distance learning environment. CINTT’s intelligence analytic program has been accredited by Maryland’s Higher Education Commission. 

CINTT understands that for the analytic culture to change the analyst’s education and training must begin prior to entering the Intelligence Community and continue throughout the individual’s career at the journeyman, mid career and the senior service level.  At each stage of the analyst’s career individuals should receive training and be afforded educational opportunities that enhance their analytic skills in the latest analytic technologies and scientific processes and techniques.  CINTT has developed a curriculum that enables this new approach.
